DETAILS OF PARTICIPATION:
We are delighted to have you participate in this promotional offer. By participating in this package, you agree to attend our vacation ownership presentation during your visit, confirm that you meet the following timeshare presentation requirements, and agree to the terms and conditions below:
(1) This offer is available to US and Canadian citizens only.
(2) Married couples with a major credit card: both must be between 28 and 75 years old. The couple must have a combined gross annual household income of at least $50,000.
(3) Unmarried cohabitating couples with a major credit card: both must be between 28 and 75 years old. The couple must have a combined gross annual household income of at least $50,000.
(4) Single females between 30 and 65 must have a major credit card and a gross annual household income of at least $60,000.
(5) Qualified participants must attend a Vacation Ownership presentation, lasting 120 minutes during each stay. Couples must attend the presentation together to qualify for this promotional offer.
(6) You must have a valid major credit card and a valid state photo ID. Cohabitating couples must have matching addresses on their IDs or other qualifying evidence of residency. Please call us at 702-970-5782 with any questions.
(7) Children under the age of 5 years old may not attend the Vacation Ownership presentation.
(8) Offer is subject to change without notice and cannot be used in conjunction with any other Offer or Promotion.
(9) This promotion is neither an offer to sell nor a solicitation to buy to residents in jurisdictions in which registration requirements have not been fulfilled. This offer is void where prohibited by law, and is not valid for Sponsors, distributors, employees, or family members or any other party other than the individuals who sign below.
(10) If you book your reservation within 14 days or less from your anticipated arrival date you may not reschedule. To reschedule any existing reservations, please provide a minimum of 14 days advance notice to avoid any cancellation fees. Late cancellation within 14 days or less from your scheduled arrival will cause your credit card to be charged the then-current nightly rate available to the general public and could further prohibit rescheduling reservations associated with this offer. Confirmed reservations, in association with this promotion, may be rescheduled only once. You must pay a $25.00 fee to reschedule a confirmed reservation. If our Concierge team is unable to confirm your arrival at least 14 days prior to your arrival date, your reservations will be canceled. If this occurs through no fault of your own, you will be allowed to reschedule your stay free of charge.
(11) Weekend upgrades and additional nights may be available at discounted rates. This promotional offer excludes certain holidays, conventions, high demand, and black-out periods. If available, requests may be honored but you will be responsible for any additional upgrades.
(12) All resorts and accommodations are subject to availability, and cannot be guaranteed prior to booking, replacement accommodations may be made at the sole discretion of Sponsor.
(13) You are responsible for all charges, fees, and expenses not expressly covered by this promotion, including, but not limited to, transportation, gratuities, parking, room service, resort fees, resort or room upgrades, taxes, holiday, peak season and/or blackout upgrades.
(14) No group travel is allowed; a group is defined as arriving travelers consisting of more than 2 adults who have more than one reservation confirmation for the same date or consecutive dates of arrival on the same promotion.
(15) When you confirm your reservation, you will receive a letter with your Vacation Ownership Presentation time. If you do not receive your letter, please call our concierge at 702-970-5782.
(16) This offer expires 18 months after the Effective Date. At the sole discretion of Sponsor, an extension may be available. Please contact the concierge at 702-970-5782 for more information.
